Ingredients

- 2 ripe avocados
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup gluten-free flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions

- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
- In a blender or food processor, combine the avocados, cocoa powder, honey or maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
- In a bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
- If desired, fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs.
- Allow the brownies to cool before cutting into squares.
